Permanent Placements

Candidates we assist in securing permanent positions with our clients are hired directly by the employers and are eligible for a full financial package, including benefits, company training, and potential promotion for career development.

Candidates we assist in securing part-time or flexible hours with our clients will have the opportunity to work for a variety of companies and build their experience. Candidates can also apply for permanent positions if that fits with their ambitions. Often candidates can be offered the chance to join more permanently or apply for more permanent positions if their working needs change.

Candidates are hired on a fixed-term contract (FTC) for a specific period directly by our clients with a specific skill set until the event or project is completed. This may create an opportunity to offer permanent employment after the project is over.
